Oil paint on Canvas

This work is part of a series of three that looks at combining colour theory with abstraction in painting. The unifying nature to the colours in question allows the series of paintings to sit perfectly next to each other, whilst standing alone in their own right if necessary. There is no need for bold connotation of colour as beauty is given opportunity in the compelling sense of markings.

In recent years Rowell has been working on a commission basis, happy to meet any needs of the client.
